Fall news...and weather

Hello, and welcome to our blog!

It's been quite a while since we posted here -- lots of irons in the fire and, despite our best hopes, no sign of an international resolution to add an extra hour to the day. But we're always glad to be busy in the Lord's work!

Well, Autumn is finally here and the weather is looking like it might actually cool down at some point in our lifetime. Which will be nice!

And if Fall is upon us, that means another opportunity for a mission trip to the mountains. Once again we're heading for Steele Creek Campground in Morganton, North Carolina for a weekend of refreshment -- worshiping the Lord and studying His Word, surrounded by the breathtaking wonder of His creation.

We leave on Friday afternoon, October 5th, and return on Monday, October 8th. We still have places available, so if you'd like to join us on the trip, send us an email to Come with an open heart, to hear what God has to tell you!

That's about all for now -- but keep watch here for news on the Kutless concert in Shallotte, NC next weekend. We'll also be bringing you word on the Christmas tour by Big Daddy Weave, among other exciting developments. Don't go far!

Take care for now, and God bless you.

The FBM crew.
